The NFTC supports the existence and timely renewal of U.S. government programs that extend preferential duty free market access to imports from developing countries commensurate with their commitment to the rule of law. We encourage U.S. government efforts to make these programs more flexible and user friendly to increase the competitiveness of U.S. companies and the development of partner nations.
