Registration fee is per participant and includes participation in the meeting; meals during the meeting and two group dinners on the first and second day of the meeting.

Evening functions are an extension of the daytime meeting; purpose is to further discussion amongst the group and foster professional peer relationships.
AGENDA: In process of being developed by the IAMC Steering committee; will be distributed before the meeting start date.
DRESS CODE: Business Casual attire is required.

Hotel Reservations:Regarding hotel accommodations, the designated group hotel is the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, 7800 E. Tufts Ave, Denver, CO 80237. To take advantage of the discounted rate of $ 169.00 per night (plus tax), which is being extended to IAMC participants, you must book no later than March 9, 2019. Below are instructions for reserving your room online or by phone.

To book your room via phone call central reservation at 1-800-233-1234 and provide the corporate code of CR68058 and they will book your reservation for you.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations submitted to the NFTC April 15, 2019 will receive a 100% refund of registration fee. Due to pre-meeting guarantees for venue, catering and other logistics, cancellations submitted to the NFTC after April 15, 2019 will be subject to full registration fee; no refunds may be granted after this date.
