Washington DC – The National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC) today announced that U.S. House of Representatives Majority Leader Steny Hoyer will deliver the keynote address during the organization’s annual World Trade Dinner and Award Ceremony, which will take place Tuesday, October 2, 2007, at the Corcoran Gallery of Art, in Washington, D.C.
