USKZBA Luncheon roundtable discussion with Mark Linscott, and Ms. Zeba Reyazuddin,of USTR – Washington
Please join the USKZBA for a luncheon roundtable discussion with Mark Linscott, Assistant US Trade Representative and Ms. Zeba Reyazuddin, USTR Director for South and Central Asian Affairs on Thursday, March 8, from 12:00-1:30pm at the U.S.-Kazakhstan Business Association offices (1625 K Street NW, Suite 200).
In December, USTR held the annual Trade and Investment Framework Discussions TIFA) with Central Asian partners in Almaty. At the discussions, US government representatives met with their counterparts from Central Asia for both region-wide and bilateral meetings. Mark and Zeba will brief USKZBA members on both the TIFA discussions and bilateral meetings – touching on Kazakhstan’s WTO agreement implementation process, customs issues and intellectual property, among other issues of interest to American companies operating in Kazakhstan.
