1. Trade: The State of The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership
The opening session will discuss the ongoing Transatlantic trade negotiations (TTIP), why they matter and what they could mean for both sides of the ocean. The panelists will assess where the talks stand today, and what issues will need to be overcome to reach a successful conclusion.

2. Tax: The OECD’s BEPS Project
The Base Erosion/Profit Shifting (BEPS) project of the OECD could be the biggest development in international tax law in a generation. This session will explore the intent and current status of the BEPS project, its potential impact on companies on both sides of the Atlantic including transfer pricing documentation, country-by-country reporting, hybrid mismatch arrangements and the digital economy issues.

The internet and digital technologies are fundamentally changing who trades and how businesses trade across international borders. This session will assess the impact of the Internet on trade to date, with a particular focus on transatlantic businesses, and explore the appropriate role of regulation on global flows of digital information.
