Trade & Finance Committee Meeting on 2011 U.S. APEC Agenda with USTR
NFTC has arranged a meeting with Deputy Assistant USTR for APEC Arrow Augerot and Deputy Assistant USTR for Environment Jennifer Prescott to discuss the Obama administration’s plans for APEC next year. The discussion will focus on the trade and energy-related agendas. USTR is particularly interested in advancing a conversation on non-tariff barriers next year, and is seeking input from companies about barriers to clean technologies. Arrow and Jennifer have also offered to help us think through how to incorporate our clean technology export promotion principles into the discussion next year.
