Trade Committee Meeting with Patrick Kerrigan, Commerce Department, on Climate and Trade

NFTC has arranged a meeting with Patrick Kerrigan, Policy Advisor in the Commerce Department’s Office of Policy and Strategic Planning and Secretary Locke’s point person on climate change. The meeting will be Thursday, October 29 at 10:00am at NFTC’s offices, 1625 K Street NW, Suite 200, Washington. Please let me know if you would like to attend.

The Commerce Department is part of the interagency process on climate policy, and has been focusing on IP protection, innovation and lowering tariffs on environmental goods and services. They will be in Copenhagen for the UNFCCC talks to participate in the “Bright Green” trade show. (More here: http://www.buyusa.gov/denmark/en/159.html)
