The National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC) in conjunction with Cigna Insurance, China Merchants Bank New York, Aon Consulting and the law firm Epstein Becker Green, will host a full day seminar on business, legal and human resource management issues when establishing a business presence in either China or the United States.

The Agenda will include presentations by corporate and advisory subject matter experts and will cover such business critical topics as:

• Sourcing, Developing and Retaining Talent

• Business, Employment and Labor Laws
  
• Corporate Case Studies-Lessons Learned

The program will be held at the Yale Club of New York City, from 8:00a.m. until 4:00 p.m.. The Yale Club of New York is located at 44^th Street and Vanderbilt Avenue, next to Grand Central Train Station.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
