NFTC Seminar: Doing Business in China and The United States

DOING BUSINESS IN CHINA AND THE UNITED STATES

The National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC) in conjunction with Cigna Insurance, China Merchants Bank New York, Aon Consulting and the law firm Epstein Becker Green, will host a full day seminar on business, legal and human resource management issues when establishing a business presence in either China or the United States.

The Agenda will include presentations by corporate and advisory subject matter experts and will cover such business critical topics as:
 

  • Securing Business Licenses
  • Understanding Business and Social Practices
  • Sourcing, Developing and Retaining Talent
  • Compensation and Benefits Practices
  • Business, Employment and Labor Laws
  • Corporate Case Studies-Lessons Learned


The program will be held at the Yale Club of New York City, from 8:00a.m. until 4:00 p.m.. The Yale Club of New York is located at 44th Street and Vanderbilt Avenue, next to Grand Central Train Station.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
