The sole item of business at the annual meeting will be the election of members to the NFTC Board, though members are permitted to raise other items for consideration. Pursuant to the Bylaws, Board members have been divided into three classes. The proxy statement: The proxy statement directs the NFTC Chairman, Secretary Carlos Gutierrez, to cast your vote in favor of the slate of Board members proposed for election and as he sees fit with respect to any other matters that may be brought up at the meeting. However, if there are proposed Board members that you do not wish to vote for, you may so indicate on the attachment by striking through those names. Votes will be tabulated in accordance with the provisions of the Council’s Bylaws.
