Despite the global economic challenges encountered during 2009, which will continue to some degree into 2010, Multi-National Companies have to continue to focus on effective global workforce management.
Our March 2010 IHR Forum will focus upon how companies have responded to the economic situation and are preparing for 2010 and beyond.
Key Markets (Africa, Asia, China, the Middle East); demographic trends; new competitors for markets and talent (such as China and India); and heightened compliance obligations are all affecting business and IHR Management. These subjects and others will be covered in the March Forum.
