luncheon address on Wednesday, April 21.
Ms. Hewitt has been a strong champion for a successful conclusion to the Doha Development Agenda since it was launched in November 2001. Before the 2003 Canc√∫n Ministerial, Ms. Hewitt said, “It is time for political leaders from all countries to prove this really is a development round.
