Please join us for a meeting to discuss a comprehensive coalition effort, under the brand "Engage Cuba" to advocate for legislative repeal of all statutes that mandate the existing U.S. unilateral trade embargo with Cuba. We will meet Tuesday, March 10, at 2:00 PM here at the NFTC office.
 

 

As you may know, the US Agriculture Coalition for Cuba (USACC) has been formally launched to seek repeal, and bipartisan legislation, the "Cuba Relations Modernization Act of 2015" has been introduced in the Senate. USACC membership will attend the meeting.
 

 

Because there is broad support for repeal throughout the business community, civil society groups, and other policy institutions, it is important and timely to assemble an effective umbrella effort.
