discounted room rate: $142+tax, will be held until March 5, 2017.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellation Deadline: March 17, 2017 - No refunds given after that date.
NOTE: Because we have to guarantee facility and food arrangements 7 to 10 days before every meeting we request that cancellations be made 10 days before a meeting. Cancellations made within 10 days of meeting date will be subject to 50% cancellation.

No shows, registrants who did not cancel and did not attend are subject to the full registration charge.
