Administration Releases FY2010 Greenbook
International Tax Proposals Would Jeopardize Competitiveness of U.S.-Based Multinational Companies


The U.S. Department of the Treasury has released its Greenbook, the details of the Obama Administrations FY2010 revenue proposals. Included are international tax provisions that would put at risk the competitiveness of U.S.-based multinational companies, and limit U.S. economic growth and employment.
